Senior Product Manager - Consumer Signing Experience (Remote)

We are currently hiring a Senior Product Manager – Consumer Signing Experience to lead and transform our Esign experience, a critical conversion, compliance, and customer comprehension touchpoint in the Progressive Leasing journey.

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Utah.

YOU ARE:

A highly skilled technical senior product manager with a background in managing exceptional customer experience products. You have a passion for utilizing data to solve problems, innovate and create products that delight our customers. You will have strong foundational product management skills and are a self starter. You are a strong communicator and are able to align your designer, engineering team and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.

You thrive in highly regulated environments and are comfortable owning products that sit at the intersection of compliance, conversion, payments, and customer trust. You understand how to modernize legacy systems, lead platform transitions, and deliver measurable business outcomes through experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You are equally comfortable shaping long-term platform strategy and optimizing near-term user experience improvements that increase signing conversion and improve customer comprehension.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems by bringing innovative solutions
• Use sound judgement to assess risks and provide well-structured, data-informed, and written narratives
• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, peers and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap by meeting with internal and external stakeholders including retailers and consumers
• Lead the customer signing experience strategy; performing user journey discovery, data analysis, synthesizing findings, defining requirements, and ensuring legal and compliance alignment
• Lead cross functional initiatives to identify business problems, mitigate risk, and validate proposed solutions through customer and market research
• Define use cases, features, requirements and acceptance criteria that articulate desired product functionality
• Establish in partnership with dependent teams an iterative release schedule that delivers value and features to customers, on time and as promised
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate timelines, blockers, successes, and failures in a clear manner
• Analyze performance of product features
• Design and execute experimentation strategies (A/B testing, prototype testing, behavioral analysis) to improve signing conversion, reduce drop-off, and increase comprehension for key financial terms.
• Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the signing experience meets regulatory standards while optimizing customer clarity and trust.
