Project Manager – National Accounts

Our Project Manager – National Accounts will oversee execution of service projects and PMs from kickoff through closeout, working closely with national clients, partner vendors, internal teams, and subcontractors. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, this role will manage all technical and logistical elements for accounts representing up to $20M in volume.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of assigned HVAC/MEP projects from scope review to final invoicing
• Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
• Maintain accountability for project schedule, material procurement, and labor allocation
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communication and updates
• Conduct site visits as needed and coordinate partner/vendor participation
• Maintain accurate project documentation, change orders, and financial tracking
• Support estimation reviews and scope clarifications in collaboration with senior team members
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with customer expectations and internal standards

 

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC or MEP contracting
• Experience managing multiple jobs simultaneously in a national or regional role
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service practices
• Familiarity with project management tools, estimating software, and service ticketing systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple external partners and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• PMP certification or similar credential is a plus
