 Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 4:00pm-7:00pm and Saturday OR Sunday 7:30am-3:00pm

 Location: Sun River, OR / La Pine,OR / Bend, OR 

Client Bio:

This client experiences emotional dysregulation and has an elevated risk of leaving supervised areas without warning, requiring continuous supervision and clear safety protocols. They are social, curious, and have a great sense of humor, with a strong will and clear preferences. They enjoy outdoor activities such as biking, skiing, and using a trampoline, spending time with family and pets, and engaging with tactile objects. The ideal caregiver will be patient, flexible, and able to provide structure, routine, and plenty of opportunities for physical activity while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

 What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: How you'll be making a difference daily!)

As a Caregiver with KIDS NW, your day might include a little bit of everything, and a whole lot of heart. Your role is hands-on, personal, and filled with opportunities to make lasting connections. Here’s a look at what you’ll be up to:

🌟 All Things ADL – Supporting daily living needs like personal hygiene, dressing, mealtime, restroom assistance, mobility, and more. Dignity and respect are always top priority!

🎉 Adventures & Outings – Whether it's a walk in the park, a community event, or grabbing ice cream, you’ll help plan and participate in fun activities that keep our members engaged and connected.

🧠  Life Skills & Confidence Building  – Be a coach and a cheerleader! You’ll help our members strengthen social skills, build independence, and take pride in their progress—big or small.

📝 Personalized Care in Action – You’ll follow and help implement custom care plans designed just for each client’s needs, goals, and abilities.

📋 Daily Check-Ins & Progress Tracking – Keep an eye out for important changes and celebrate wins! You’ll document progress, health updates, and any behavioral shifts to help our team provide the best support possible.
