Client Trainer, Global Academy

CCH Tagetik is seeking a passionate and organized Client Trainer to support all activities related to the Corporate Academy and Knowledge Management teams. In particular:
Research and develop new training courses and new training assets under the guidance of a Senior Member or a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Maintain existing training material
Organize and deliver small coaching sessions on the area of expertise
Test (or supervise a Junior client trainer) existing training material after technical or functional updates
Create and maintain digital assets related to product enablement such as videos, e-learning scripts, knowledge base articles
You are expected to organize and balance the activities related to research, development, delivery and internal knowledge sharing.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Support the Academy/Knowledge Management Team and the Global training network, with the ability to solve complex issues in a timely manner, or when possible to act proactively to avoid the arise of any issue
Deliver training assets on at least 2 areas of Tagetik (in Italian and English)
Research and develop training assets according to team best practices
Manage a difficult or large class both from a human and professional point of view
Reply and manage questions outside the training scope in a professional way
Other duties:
Prioritize and execute multiple concurrent work streams
Create and ensure quality and freshness of existing content (Knowledge Base articles, Training Material, Enablement videos, etc.)
Foster mutually beneficial relationships
Support coworkers and promote a positive work environment.
Job qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
Experience with CCH Tagetik or other enterprise software (ERP, BI tool, …) or experience in design of training courses / programs
Experience in the Compliance/Regulatory area preferred
Excellent attention to detail, sense of ownership and proactive attitude towards the role
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team
Italian and English proficiency (at least C1 level)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Open-minded and open to interact with people from different background and cultures.
Travel requirements:
Travel (in Europe and overseas) might be required for Corporate events, in-person Training delivery or content development needs.
