Engineering Thermal Problem Solving -Lead the investigation, analysis and solution of practical engineering thermal issues related to thermal management of core products such as electric drive systems, electronic motor, power electronic devices and power semiconductor devices； -Form implementable engineering rectification plans and promote closed-loop verification to ensure the thermal safety and reliability of products under full working conditions. 2. Thermal Design and Simulation Optimization -Take the lead in thermal design work of electric drive, power electronics and power semiconductors, formulate thermal design specifications and technical standards; -Use CFD simulation tools to conduct steady-state/transient temperature field and flow field simulation, carry out multi-physics coupling simulation analysis, optimize heat dissipation schemes (air cooling, liquid cooling, phase change cooling, etc.), balance thermal performance, cost, space and manufacturability, and improve product thermal efficiency and power density. 3. Thermal Testing and Verification System Construction -Lead the construction and upgrading of thermal testing platforms, formulate thermal test plans, test standards and DVP verification plans, organize product thermal performance tests, temperature rise tests, reliability tests, etc., analyze test data, revise simulation models, and improve simulation accuracy; -Establish a thermal test database, accumulate test experience and technical parameters, and support product iteration and optimization. 4. Technical Capability Development -Track the global technical development trends, industry standards and competitor dynamics in the Thermal field (electric drive, power electronics, power semiconductor direction); -Take the lead in building the company's Thermal technology system, formulate the development plan of thermal management technology, promote the innovation of thermal management technology and the pre-research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies (such as new heat dissipation materials, advanced cooling schemes); -Be responsible for the technical training and guidance of the team's Thermal technology, cultivate professional talents in thermal design and thermal simulation, and improve the overall technical capability of the team; -Accumulate technical documents, design manuals and fault case databases, and promote the standardization of technology.</div><div>职位要求</div><div>1. Education/Experience -Master's degree or above, majoring in Engineering Thermophysics, Thermal Energy Engineering, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Power Electronics and other related majors，PhD or 5+ years of experience at leading OEM or Tier-1/2 supplier preferred; -Experience in industry-leading product development and mass production is preferred; -Have successful experience in Edrive system, inverter, E-motor, OBC or power semiconductor development, and those who develop products to achieve mass production status are preferred. 2. Knowledge -Proficient in the thermal characteristics and thermal management design principles of electric drive systems, power electronic devices and power semiconductor devices; proficient in various heat dissipation technologies such as air cooling, liquid cooling and phase change cooling; familiar with the selection and application of heat dissipation materials and heat dissipation components (radiators, liquid cooling plates, oil pumps, oil coolers, etc.); -Familiar with relevant industry standards (such as automotive industry thermal management standards, power semiconductor thermal reliability standards, etc.); able to carry out thermal design and verification work in combination with standard requirements; understanding of ISO 26262 functional safety related requirements is preferred; -Strong technical innovation capability; able to track cutting-edge thermal management technologies and carry out technical pre-research and implementation in combination with actual product needs; those with patents, technical papers and other achievements are preferred. 3. Skills and Competencies -Passionate about engineering, with a strong spirit of innovation; -Good team worker, strong sense of responsibility, good at communication especially work in different culture; -Proficient iProficient in using at least one mainstream CFD simulation tool; familiar with 3D CAD software is preferred; -Proactive, with pioneering spirit and a good sense of internal and external client; -Good command of English written and oral communication skills.</div><div><span>投递</span></div></div>
