Small Business & Retail Online Services Operations Officer

Purpose of Position:

Responsible for the successful daily operations of the Small Business and Retail Online Services area. Develop online services supporting all the Bank’s market segments to maintain competitiveness in the banking industry. Establish and implement appropriate department controls and reconcilement procedures. To manage all aspects of Wire Transfer processing including Risk Management. Ensure the Electronic Banking Department is compliant with Bank policies pertaining to wire transfers.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies relating to system issues.
2. Develop online services to maintain competitiveness in the industry. Establish and implement appropriate department controls and reconcilement
3. Perform daily audits of internal Bank departments to verify compliance.
4. Reconcile daily money and wire transfer totals. 
5. Monitor related sub-systems, interfaces and schedules for the successful operation of all products.
6. Assist in testing new product functionality and all upgrades.
7. Review legal agreement, initial set-up and implementation for new Small Business clients.
8. Provide maintenance for existing Small Business Clients.
9. Create client profiles in various systems. 
10. Process files and run reports for the AB Online product.
11. Prepare attendance sheet and set schedules.
12. Monitor the Bank’s monetary status at the Federal Reserve and report any discrepancies to senior management for further action.
13. Reconcile daily money and wire transfer totals also. (Bill Payment, External Transfer Settlement and Instant Payment.)
14. Manage all aspects of EBD Wire Transfer operations including risk management.
15. Test and implement new products within areas of responsibility.
16. Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) Test for department and maintain DR information. 
17. Provide backup support to all other Electronic Banking Department officers.
18. Perform other duties as directed.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2. Knowledge of electronic banking operations
3. Basic knowledge of Bank’s branch and back office operations
4. Minimum of (3) three years of related experience
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $50,000 – $65,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferrable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
