Join us to make an impact and leave a lasting mark in our dynamic team.<br/><br/>As our Senior Product Designer your key responsibilities will be the following: <br/><br/><ul><li>You own and lead the user experience and design of the reev products and work side-by-side with Engineers and Product Managers - from discovery to execution - to take the product to next level. </li><li>You contribute to the disruption of existing products and strive for a product that stands out with respect to its usability. </li><li>You create small visualisations and interactive prototypes to communicate your product ideas and are able to clearly explain and justify your design choices.</li><li>You create high-fidelity designs that align with product goals and user expectations. </li><li>By engaging with our users on a very frequent basis (e.g. user interviews, user testing), you ensure our products are routed in a deep understanding of the variety of our users. </li><li>You leverage qualitative and quantitative insights in making design and product decisions.  </li><li>You develop and maintain design system and principles for a consistent, scalable and accessible user experience along the journey. </li><li>You join forces with our Marketing Designer Raphael to create a consistent reev experience across all touch-points. </li><li>You scale our design operations across our working student and external design agencies. </li></ul></p> <h3>What you bring along</h3> <ul><li>5+ years as a UX / UI Designer in software, preferably for B2B SaaS products</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills and capabilities in creating user-centric, intuitive and innovative design</li><li>Big curiosity in users, but also emerging technologies and how they can inform design work</li><li>Desire to challenge and disrupt the status quo</li><li>High attention to detail and design excellence</li><li>Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems </li><li>Strong communication and facilitation skills, written and verbal in English</li><li>German B2 level - you should feel comfortable to do user interviews in German</li></ul><br/>Please apply even if you don't fulfil all the requirements and one or two tasks would be new to you.
