Senior Account Executive / Account Manager – Public Relations

We are looking for a <b>dynamic, flexible, and strategic PR professional</b> to join our Milan team as a <b>Senior Account Executive or Account Manager</b>, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will work across a <b>diverse portfolio of clients</b>—spanning <b>corporate, consumer, technology, and health sectors</b>—and play a key role in the <b>end-to-end management of PR programs</b>, from strategy to execution.You will be the bridge between our clients and the agency, ensuring seamless collaboration, exceptional delivery, and creative excellence across multiple industries and markets. <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li><b>Client Consultancy:</b> Act as a trusted advisor to clients—offering strategic counsel, proactive ideas, and smart solutions that support their business and communications goals.</li><li><b>Account &amp; Project Management:</b> Oversee daily account operations, from planning and budgeting to implementation and reporting. Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.</li><li><b>End-to-End Campaign Delivery:</b> Support or lead PR programs from brief to execution, ensuring integration across media, digital, and influencer channels.</li><li><b>Client Communication:</b> Serve as a main point of contact for local and international clients, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and clarity at all times.</li><li><b>Cross-Team Collaboration:</b> Work closely with colleagues across disciplines and markets to deliver coordinated, impactful campaigns.</li><li><b>Media Relations:</b> Build and maintain strong relationships with key journalists and influencers across different sectors.</li><li><b>Research &amp; Insights:</b> Contribute to the development of insight-based strategies and creative storytelling that drive client impact.</li><li><b>Budget Management:</b> Manage project budgets efficiently and responsibly, including extra-budget activities for international clients.</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications &amp; Experience</h3> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in <b>Public Relations or Communications</b>, ideally in an agency setting.</li><li>Proven experience managing clients across <b>multiple sectors</b> (corporate, consumer, tech, or health).</li><li>Strong <b>account management skills</b> with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.</li><li>Fluent in <b>Italian and English</b> (written and spoken); experience working with <b>international clients</b> is a strong advantage.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Italian media landscape and ability to navigate global communications processes.</li></ul>
