Employee Development ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Part Time 20-25 hours per week
Employee Development Department
ROLE SUMMARY: You’ll be most successful as Employee Development Administrative Assistant if you thrive on wanting to help others and feel a sense of accomplishment when completing tasks. You demonstrate excellence, creativity, efficiency, and relational strength.
Essential Responsibilities:
Training Preparation
- Coordinate scheduling, set-up and take-down for live or virtual trainings across our family of companies
- Assist with hosting and facilitating various trainings offered by Employee Development as needed (training provided)
Training Resources
- Prepare training materials including bookbinding, laminating, gathering physical samples, etc.
- Maintain the Employee Development Resource Library
- Assist with the coordination of live video filming for training videos (training provided)
Surveys, Records & Reports
- Assist in the development of feedback surveys, gather feedback data, and prepare reports as needed
- Maintain our Learning Management System to schedule classes, maintain training records, and create reports
Additional Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist with general department communications and tasks
- Maintain office supply inventories for Employee Development
- Monthly credit card statement reconciliation
- Support Employee Development Team, as assigned

Education & Experience Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- As a respecter of all persons, experience working successfully with others
Preferred:
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and/or Punjabi
- Experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing setting
- 1-2 years of experience working in an aspect of customer service or human resources
REPORTING: Position reports to the Employee Development Manager
