This role enables the Contract Integration Senior PM to strategize by proposing, developing, and delivering solutions to improve visibility and treatment of colocation deficiencies and risks. This role conducts data center assessments, and facilitates comprehensive OCI data center assessment tracking, data capture, and analytics, to investigate, interpret and summarize data center health trends and root cause. On a regular and ad-hoc basis, this role prepares and provides standardized reporting that outlines data center health metrics, highlights impact to DCS' strategic and financial objectives, and presents actionable improvement items based on analytics, to support the colocation management strategy and decision-making. This role actively participates in the implementation of improvement initiatives and tasks.

Basic Qualification

  • PMP and/or other compliance certifications strongly preferred (i.e. – ISO 27001, CISA, CISSP, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of project / program management experience
  • 5+ years of Information Security audit / compliance experience
  • Proven ability to manage contracts in terms of information security protections
  • Experience in developing dashboards and defining metrics
  • Experience with Project Management Tools and Software (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Strong working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure
  • Familiarity with Procurement and vendor management processes
  • Strong working knowledge of data center design and operations
  • Proven ability to combine business and technical acumen and process expertise to define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution
  • Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfort working with executive level management
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
  • Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, presentation written, email)
  • Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently
  • Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically
  • Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified is a plus

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Manage and develop workflows to monitor health of internal controls
  • Strong ability to build network with key stakeholders with the goal of aligning and streamlining processes and improvements
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop project plans to resolve gaps and findings
  • Own and drive a relationship with key business stakeholder(s) to understand their internal processes 
  • Ability to identify process gaps and engage proper stakeholders to remediate / close gaps
  • Establish milestones and deliverables, as required 
  • Drive process improvement and control implementation projects through coordination with service teams.
  • Develop dashboards and metrics to assess effectiveness of internal controls
  • Establish criteria and thresholds for control effectiveness
  • Identify, assess, and perform risk management 
  • Manage and support internal data center security assessment program to meet compliance needs and best practices
  • Develop, maintain, and manage end to end Vendor Management Program
  • Conducts security risk reviews on various partners and provides transparency on compliance  
  • Support contract disputes with partners, Legal, Procurement, and governing bodies
  • Act as a information security and compliance subject matter expert and interfaces with internal and external partners

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
