Jobomschrijving
- Manage end-to-end Belgian payroll and personnel administration
- Ensure data accuracy across HR and payroll systems
- Handle complex payroll calculations (holiday allowance, regimes, CLA's)
- Manage time and attendance systems and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare payroll reports and support ad hoc analysis
- Act as a key contact for payroll, social law, and time registration queries
- Collaborate closely with HR, HRBP, and Talent Acquisition
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with social, fiscal, and labor legislation
- Participate in audits (SOX) and implement process improvements
- Contribute to structuring payroll processes in a fast-evolving environment
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/payroll
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Belgian payroll
- Strong expertise in complex payroll environments
- Hands-on approach with deep knowledge of social legislation
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g. eBlox, Protime, Workday)
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience interacting with social partners
- High level of accuracy, ownership, and discretion
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Exposure to SOX or audit frameworks
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, less structured environment
- Mindset focused on improving processes and building structure
