We place people at the heart of our company culture, firmly believing that collective performance is driven by expertise, commitment, and individual fulfillment.</p><p>By joining our teams, you’ll be part of a challenging and stimulating environment, powered by collective intelligence, diverse skill sets, and a shared ambition to grow together.</p><p>If you enjoy challenges and a collaborative culture, don’t hesitate — join us!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>EasyVista is looking for a <strong>Senior Product Owner</strong> to lead the evolution of two strategic solutions within our portfolio: <strong>EV Reach</strong> (Remote Support &amp; Endpoint Management) and <strong>EV Discovery</strong> (Automatic Discovery &amp; Dependency Mapping).</p><p>You will work at the intersection of technology, customers, and product execution — ensuring our development teams deliver high-value, high-impact features aligned with business needs and product vision.</p><p>This is a <strong>hybrid role</strong> based in <strong>Noisy-le-Grand (France)</strong>, with regular on-site collaboration and direct interaction with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams.</p><p>🎯 <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Own the Product Backlog</strong><br/> Define, prioritize, and continuously refine the backlog based on business priorities, technical feasibility, and customer needs.</li><li><strong>Translate Vision into Action</strong><br/> Break down high-level roadmap objectives into actionable user stories with clear <strong>acceptance criteria</strong>, ensuring alignment with customer and market needs.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with Development</strong><br/> Partner closely with engineering teams, QA, and UX to drive sprints, clarify requirements, and unblock delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.</li><li><strong>Drive Agile Execution</strong><br/> Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review ceremonies. Foster an iterative, value-driven development culture.</li><li><strong>Engage Customers and Stakeholders</strong><br/> Act as a trusted point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, Marketing) — gathering feedback, conducting demos, and refining priorities accordingly.</li><li><strong>Ensure Product Quality</strong><br/> Validate that features meet functional expectations and business outcomes before release.</li></ul><p> </p><ul></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>🧠 <strong>Technical &amp; Domain Knowledge (EV Reach &amp; EV Discovery)</strong></p><ul><li>Solid understanding of <strong>remote support technologies</strong>, <strong>endpoint management</strong>, and <strong>IT service operations</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>network protocols</strong>, <strong>port scanning</strong>, <strong>agent-based and agentless discovery</strong>, and <strong>dependency mapping</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>discovery probes</strong>, <strong>SNMP/WMI/SSH</strong>, <strong>firewall and credential management</strong>, and <strong>data normalization/reconciliation</strong>.</li><li>Awareness of <strong>IT infrastructure components</strong> (servers, workstations, IoT, mobile devices).</li><li>A plus: Understanding of <strong>time-series anomaly detection</strong>, <strong>AI/ML for monitoring</strong>, or <strong>event correlation</strong>.</li></ul><p>🤝 <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years experience</strong> in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.</li><li>Experience with <strong>SaaS platforms</strong>, <strong>hybrid infrastructures</strong>, and/or <strong>enterprise IT environments</strong>.</li><li>Experienced in <strong>managing multiple products</strong> simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.</li><li>Strong <strong>project management</strong> mindset — able to structure delivery, manage scope, and communicate across functions.</li><li>Fluent in <strong>French and English</strong> — written and verbal.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you are confident presenting to customers or representing product in executive discussions.</li><li>Comfortable in <strong>client-facing roles</strong>, including during challenging or crisis situations; able to communicate clearly and represent the company professionally
