What you'll do

As a Growth Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst, you’ll turn data into actionable insights to help optimize our demand engine. You will keep a pulse on Sales Development key performance indicators and be an authority in key areas of our performance, using your insights to guide strategic decisions, fine-tune go-to-market strategies, and help leadership address important business challenges. You’ll also support our annual planning process, regular business reviews, and play a role in representing Sales Development cross-functionally. This position will blend data expertise, critical thinking, and hands-on problem-solving to make an impact.

 

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Director, Growth Insights & Analytics.

 

Responsibility

  • Use SQL to build data sets from Snowflake and assist with custom or manual reporting when needed

  • Handle troubleshooting to keep data accurate and insights actionable

  • Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses to monitor lead health and impacts to pipeline performance

  • Support run-the-business reporting for QBRs, annual planning, and OKRs

  • Contribute to strategy development across Sales and Marketing pipeline efforts, balancing big-picture strategy with what can drive impact now

  • Work across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams on complex projects and initiatives, helping ensure alignment and clarity on goals and deliverables

  • Assist cross-functional teams by providing tools and insights to support data-driven decisions

  • Handle moderately complex deliverables by gathering requirements, aligning collaborators, and driving data-driven decision-making processes

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Marketing Analytics roles
  • Fluent in SQL, with knowledge of relational databases and data warehouses

Preferred

  • Experience in a SaaS company
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other analysis tools
  • Experience working with senior leaders
  • Comfort working in fast paced environments
  • Expertise managing large datasets
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

 

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

 

Washington: $89,400.00 - $122,125.00 base salary

 

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
