About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven finance associate looking to develop and grow with a dynamic fintech company. We are seeking a Capital Markets Senior Associate to support strategic initiatives regarding the company’s financing needs, capital management, and reporting. Primary responsibilities will include managing the company’s existing credit facilities, leading the reporting processes to lenders, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance. 
The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of capital markets processes and reporting and the desire to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. 

What You'll Do

• Capital Markets Monitoring and Forecasting - Manage, monitor, and communicate performance of credit facilities across the company
• Financial Reporting – Own and improve reporting regarding the company’s credit facilities

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, with knowledge of asset-backed credit facilities or securitizationsProficiency in MS Excel and other analytical software.
• Experience with SQL a strong plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Independent and motivated self-starter that can meet deadlines with attention to detail
