Inventory Assistant

Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Coordinate and facilitate cycle count processes for all locations.
• Make selections for count and communicate with each location on a weekly basis
• Process incoming cycle count responses, propose and make adjustment entries
• Maintain tracking of cycle count rotations
• Prepare reporting for cycle count analysis
• Physical Inventory 
• Assist with pre-inventory preparation
• Assist with inventory paperwork processing
• Prepare reporting for physical inventory analysis
• Accounts Payable Support
• Work AP vendor statements
• Incoming AP invoice management – via mail
• Assist with initial processing of payables as needed

Requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong skills in Excel – Creation of spreadsheets and pivot tables
• Willingness to travel to store locations
• Prior experience with cycle counts or inventory management is preferred.
• Experience in NetSuite software preferred, but not required
