Marketing Technology Roadmap Leader
This role is responsible for the design and implementation oversight of the company’s Website and Marketing Technology (MarTech) roadmap, as well as associated marketing processes and analytics toolkit to meet business objectives.

As a Marketing Technology Roadmap Leader, you will be responsible for:
Website roadmap: Designing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s website multi-year transformation roadmap, driving structural improvements (e.g. taxonomy, navigation & site search, UI, content, SEO, etc.) with goal of building a future proof website
MarTech roadmap: Designing and overseeing the implementation of the company’s other key marketing technologies – such as 6sense, Marketo Engage, Marketo Measure, and Workfront – including the identification of expanded use cases, functionalities, and potential integrations based on evolving business needs for maximized tech adoption and ROI
Process design: (Re-)Designing and overseeing the execution of key marketing and early stage commercial processes – including lead management life cycle (i.e. lead qualification and lead to Opportunity conversion) and marketing campaigns execution processes – for maximized adoption and ROI
External partner/vendor management: Managing external partners / vendors of various marketing technologies and services (e.g. marketing/consulting agencies), including planning and execution oversight of vendors’ Scope of Work, ensuring they are delivered within targeted quality, time and budget objectives
Analytics and reporting: Designing and overseeing the implementation of key analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Marketo Measure, Datorama / Looker Studio / Tableau dashboards, etc.) and associated data structures to track the performance and ROI of the company’s website and MarTech in line with the broader marketing and sales objectives
Change management: Developing and overseeing the implementation of change management plans associated with the website and MarTech roadmap transformation initiatives to ensure maximized adoption and ROI
Stakeholder collaboration & management: Partnering closely with senior internal stakeholders across the company’s Marketing, Brand & Communications, Digital Technology / IT, and Sales Activation teams to ensure buy-in on key website and MarTech roadmap transformation initiatives

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university or college
Have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations / Enablement with a proven track record of successful website and MarTech roadmap design and key marketing processes optimization
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key website technologies – including CMS tools (e.g. Drupal) and Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) – and associated processes (including website governance, SEO, lead generation, etc.)
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key MarTech and associated processes, such as Marketing automation (e.g. Marketo Engage), ABM (e.g. 6sense), CRM system lead management functionality (e.g. Salesforce), and Marketing impact measurement (e.g. Marketo Measure)
