What you'll do:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Alto's overall vision and goals. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative solutions and enhance our Alto's customer experience.
- Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives, market insights, and customer feedback. Ensure the roadmap is well-communicated and aligned with stakeholders across the organization.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to create user-centric, scalable, and high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful results.
- User Research and Insights: Conduct user research, analyze customer feedback, and gather market insights to drive data-informed decision-making. Use customer insights to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
- Product Launch and Adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive user adoption and engagement through effective positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and iterate on product features and functionalities.
- Industry and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Use market intelligence to identify new opportunities, anticipate challenges, and recommend strategic product enhancements.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Proven success in product management required, preferably solving problems relevant to mobility or fleet
- Previous experience working in an agile environment with a solid understanding of agile methodologies
- You are an entrepreneurial builder, practical problem-solver, and collaborative colleague!
- Top-notch written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
