HR Generalist (M/V/X)
What are your main duties and responsibilities?
To respond to the employees regarding various questions, monitor absences, co-organize L&D, selection and recruitment, manage access badges, medical examinations, work accidents, ...
• Selection and recruitment, L&D
- You organize and monitor trainings,
- You co-organize recruitment events and represent the company there,
- You assist in monitoring recruitments.
• Operational HR
- You prepare introductions for new employees by preparing necessary documents, creating access badges and following up on the clothing system,
- You monitor assigned departments through reporting and discuss this with the manager,
- You prepare communications and disseminate them.
• Payroll
- You check time registrations and resolve issues,
- You enter sick notes into the payroll system and monitor other absences,
- You create reports and verify them,
- You keep various systems up to date with changes.
• Administration
- You manage personnel files, handle filing, and prepare social documents,
- You manage the scheduling of medical examinations,
- You monitor work accidents,
- You make the necessary declarations to various government agencies,
- You create HR procedures and propose improvements.
• HR Projects
- You work closely with colleagues within HR in developing various projects such as staff events.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a broad interest in HR, who enjoys working with people and thrives in a varied role with plenty of diversity.
- You hold at least a Professional Bachelor's degree in HRM or personnel management, with 3-5 years of work experience.
- You are discreet and can handle different personalities.
- You have knowledge of labor law.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and can work independently.
- You are communicatively strong, and you can express yourself fluently in Dutch or French, English is a plus.
- You are proficient with computers (Office suite); specific software (Protime and Dots) will be taught internally.
- You have a clean criminal record.
