Treasury Officer (Project Finance)

We are currently looking for a Treasury Officer (Project Finance).
Your role will encompass:
- Work closely with Treasury Managers in structuring and execution of new debt issuance (term sheet, evaluation of the financial model, preparation of the documentation/ prospectus, CP checklist)
- Prepare presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teaser & reports addressed to Banks
- Perform back-office activities in relation to project finance transactions with internal and external parties (mainly Banks), including queries linked to payment processing, acting as point of contact with Banks
- Finance Contract administration to fulfil relevant undertakings (drawdown process, compliance reports, information undertakings, reporting, and waiver processes)
- Manage the Banks’ due diligence processes
- Internal reporting
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
- A Master’s degree in a related field is desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably structured finance experience in a bank, advisory firm, or a large organization with similar responsibilities
- Project Finance experience and track record will be considered as an asset
- Ability to handle and develop complex Excel financial models
- Knowledge of valuation methodology and associated metrics
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office toolset
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit, agility, cooperation with various internal teams and functions and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
