Mission of the Role: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Regional HSE Manager to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! You’ll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, reducing vehicle incidents, and driving continuous improvement through engagement, coaching, and data-driven accountability. If you are a hands-on leader with a strong regulatory background and a passion for safety, this role is perfect for you!

• Ensure safety compliance and completion of all required training across locations.
• Oversee vehicle safety by monitoring Samsara dash cam footage and enforcing coaching.
• Lead and mentor a team of Senior HSE Coordinators to meet key performance indicators.
• Conduct timely accident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Reduce recordable incidents and vehicle accidents by 20% year-over-year through proactive strategies.
• Analyze safety data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain full staffing levels and develop a succession plan for future safety leadership.

• Strong background in safety leadership, regulatory compliance, and fleet/vehicle safety management.
• Previous experience in a regional or multi-site safety role is a plus. Skills:
• Expertise in OSHA regulations, risk assessment, and hazard identification.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
• Proficiency in Samsara, KPA, and Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
