9:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Position Summary:  Maintains conditions in offal by performing the following duties.

• Cleans the offal area.
• Ensures belts and augers are turned on or off when changing trailers.
• Reports any mechanical issues (such as pump failure, etc.) to maintenance and/or management.
• Assists in pumping of blood into blood tanks.
• Reports to lead or supervisor changing out of trailers.
• Performs various production labor duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
