The RoleLyra is looking for an Operations Lead for the Blended Care Therapy program to partner closely with our Clinical Quality leadership team (clinicians that oversee our providers) to drive key strategic initiatives and our data infrastructure. Your work will directly impact our ability to scale the program. In this role you will work closely with clinical and operations leaders to scope and implement key initiatives that drive clinical quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can take a growth challenge, use data and analytics to translate that into strategic choices, drive towards cross-functional alignment, and manage implementation. You should be strategically minded, highly data-driven, a strong communicator and able to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic projects, including scoping, data analysis and implementation; an example would include improving referral pathways across clinical programs 
• Develop new data infrastructures/dashboards to track and report out on program health to executive audiences 
• Lead high-priority initiatives to investigate, address, and mitigate any near-term growth risks for our Blended Care Therapy program, in partnership with teams 
• Partner cross-functionally with our Clinical & Operations leadership teams to identify trends and define strategies to enable the Blended Care Therapy program hit program-level goals

Requirements

• 8+ years experience with management consulting, strategy & operations, high growth strategic ops or related experiences; experience working within a healthcare setting is a plus
• Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive alignment and execute through building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams 
• Strong data analytics skills and experience translate insights into a cohesive strategic story using Google Slides 
• Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences 
• Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
• MBA preferred but not required
