Your Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Issue PO’s using SAP for non-production and indirect services
  • Ability to develop RFQ/RFPs and lead business through the entire cycle documenting findings and presenting to Sourcing Council for final approval
  • Work closely and communicate efficiently with all internal and external stakeholder
  • Champion Company Initiatives:
    • Respect:  Treat each and every stakeholder with the utmost respect.
    • On Time Delivery: Ensure stakeholder(s) (internal and external) receive products/services within expected timelines.
    • On Time Ordering: Confirm that orders are completed and received
    • Milestones: Manage teams to meet company milestones
    • SAP Supplier Setup and Management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following indirect services: HR, Contract Labor, Marketing, Facilities/Building Services, and IT
  • Experience in Non-Production Purchasing of equipment and services to support manufacturing of FF91, i.e. paint booth, robots, construction, crash testing
  • Experience with RFP/RFQ process
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Written and verbal skills
  • Exceptional organizational ability with good follow-up skills and attention to detail are a must
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various teams including engineers, accounts payment, legal and supply chain personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language proficiency in Spanish, German, or Chinese is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in Automotive, Consumer Electronics/Tech industries
  • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
  • Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
  • A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
  • A genuine fascination for the field and a commitment to global change
  • A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor

Annual Salary Range:

$102,500 to $128,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
