Senior 3D Modeler - Games

ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton Games Studio is looking for a Senior 3D Modeler to build out environments for an upcoming workout game. You’ll have a passion for creating believable worlds that give a user the sense of journey and diversity.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Creating 3D assets and terrains for multiple biomes within a semi-open world environment (everything from environment to atmospheric 3D and 2D assets)
• LOD asset creation with mobile optimization in mind
• Shader creation
• Define the lighting and sky 
• Create or articulate tools needed for world building creation

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 5-8 years of experience in video game environment asset creation - from 3d modeling and UVs to textures and shaders 
• A portfolio demonstrating world building in a number of different styles
• Experience writing complex shaders
• Experience working in a game pipeline using Unity 3D, Unreal or equivalent 
• A self starter that can jump in and start running
• Flexible in taking changes in direction while keeping a positive outlook
• Familiar with source control services such as GitHub, SourceTree or Perforce

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
