SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager I - Training Lead to support a remote opportunity

Essential Job Functions

• May need to travel occasionally to Washington D.C., Orlando, FL, and San Antonio, TX.

• Leads planning and execution of complex projects aligned with objectives and operational readiness.

• Coordinates efforts across departments, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and communication.

• Manages allocation of personnel, equipment, and budget to meet project milestones efficiently.

Minimum Position Requirements

• In depth knowledge of training practices and techniques.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and delivering training in any field.
