CDD - Strategic Projects Executive (H/F)

L'opportunité

The Strategy, Innovation & Creative Lab is the in-house department created to accelerate innovation, enhance creativity, and bring strategic focus to Puig Beauty & Fashion division. Within a small team with a start-up mindset, he/she will work on many topics and projects, ranging from transversal subjects across the Beauty & Fashion division to category focused and brand specific projects. He/she will report to the Strategic Projects Manager.  

In the context of a maternity leave, we are looking for a Strategic Projects Executive to support the team from April 2024 until mid-August.

Ce que vous aurez à faire

Strategic meetings and forums: 

• Develop impactful presentations to support our internal strategic meetings and forums across the department (e.g. top leadership meetings, workshops etc)  
• Support development of adhoc asset requests (e.g. videos, brands introduction, reports etc) 
• Coordinate assets and information collection in direct relationship with Brand teams (Marketing, Communications, Digital, Operation Marketing etc) 

Strategic projects and events coordination: 

• Support the team with meetings coordination (e.g. strategic projects and pilots, workshops) and organization / logistics of special events across the department (e.g. Viva Tech) 
• Develop and share minutes, recap and reports of key meetings and events  
• Support the team with project budget follow up 

Strategic research and insights: 

• Create impactful content to support our strategic pillars: competitive benchmarks, case studies, research on strategic topics (e.g. Sustainability, Communities, Innovation etc), consumer and market trends overview, category insights etc 
• Develop our ecosystem of partners to support our brands and/or to contribute to our internal events/strategic meetings (agencies, consulting firms, experts, speakers, companies to etc) by scouting, meeting and assessing their services and offers  
• Follow and fuel our partners database management tool

Profile:

We are looking for a dynamic talent able to fit in our fast-paced and international team. 

• 2Y+ of professional experience (internships included), a first experience on similar missions would be a plus  
• Interest in luxury, beauty and fashion industries 
• Curious and strategic mindset, always looking to learn more about emerging trends & innovations & business strategy  
• Flexible and open-minded, willing to learn on diverse missions 
• Strong organizational, synthesis, logic, and rigor skills 
• Ability to create impactful and appealing presentations, both visually and strategically 
• Team spirit, with good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to interact with external partners and agencies 

Skills: 

• Excellent level of English, good level of French would be a plus 
• Office Pack (Excel, Power Point)
