Your role as a Respiratory Therapist:
As a Part-Time Respiratory Therapist at Granger Medical in Park City, Utah, you will play a crucial role in the assessment and treatment of patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. Your responsibilities will include interviewing and examining patients to understand their conditions and collaborating with physicians to develop tailored treatment plans. You will perform essential diagnostic tests and utilize various therapeutic methods to administer care effectively. Additionally, you will monitor and document patients' progress, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of care.

SCHEDULE: 20-30 hours per week, Monday - Thursday
LOCATIONS: Position will involve working in both the Park City and Heber clinics
Requirements for this Respiratory Therapist job:
To excel as a Part-Time Respiratory Therapist at Granger Medical, candidates must possess a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. A High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is essential, along with a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential, which is preferred for this role. Practical experience is vital; therefore, at least one year of medical office experience is required. Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for patient assessment and monitoring is necessary to provide efficient and effective care.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are imperative, as you will consult with physicians and interact with patients to understand their needs thoroughly. A compassionate approach, along with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, will also contribute to your success in this dynamic healthcare environment.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential preferred.
- 1 year of Medical Office experience.
