Summary:

Looking for a big picture and experienced IT Sr. SAP Business Systems Analyst in ARIBA solution as a key contributor for the business transformation leveraging SAP S/4 HANA

As a Procure to Pay Senior Systems Analyst, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product configuration skills for products like ARIBA. Your knowledge on Procure to Pay/Ariba to do Functional design, Configure systems to help implement processes reimagination for leading S/4 Hana/Ariba business transformation programs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Deep Ariba Product expertise with certification is a must
• Experience implementing Ariba modules in complex ERP (SAP/S/4 Hana) landscape is required
• Ariba and SAP SRM experience will offer a critical added advantage
• Candidate should be able to consult with complex business problems in Sourcing and Procurement - Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into SAP Ariba based design
• Design and optimize procurement processes utilizing best practices within high-tech industry
• Knowledge on these domain topics is important for the success of the role: Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Performance Management/ Supplier Risk Management, Contingent Labor procureent, Service Procurement, Procurement – Indirect and Direct, Invoice Management

Qualifications:         

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business
• At least 10  years of consulting experience in SAP Procurement/ Source to Pay processes
• At least 6+ years of deep hands-on consulting & implementation of Ariba process in Buying and Invoicing
• Proven track record of implementation success in Ariba
• Experience in Process Modeling, Design, Implementation and fine tuning the solution involving procure to pay process in Ariba
• Proven experience in designing and building fit to standard solutions with minimal customizations
• Must have used and configured SAP MM modules
• Ability to operate effectively both autonomously and within a team-based environment, collaborating with the Practice Lead
• Solid critical thinking skills, including the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and effectively solving problems
• Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Excellent troubleshooting skills in a support and project-based work environment
