As Product Owner for Americas Contract Performance Management at Medtronic, you will drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of a holistic contract management solution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, digitize documents, and enhance data insights using platforms like Contract Repository, Palantir Foundry, and ACT replacement. You’ll play a key role in increasing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling business value through technology adoption.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership & Value Delivery**

- Develop and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for contract performance management solutions.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, overseeing process, technology, change management, and adoption.

- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to financial impact, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.

- Make prioritization and trade-off decisions; maintain accountability for budget and resource allocation.

- Ensure integration of business requirements, technology, and processes across regions.

**Agile Leadership & Team Enablement**

- Lead an Agile pod, facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering a collaborative, results-driven team culture.

- Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

**Collaboration & Change Management**

- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and active stakeholder engagement.

- Guide teams through adoption of new systems, processes, and roles.

- Partner with Process Value Stream Leaders and other business units to align technology with automation goals.

- Liaise with vendors, Agile teams, and regional deployment teams to ensure smooth implementation.

- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Participate in cross-regional Product Owner communities to share knowledge and best practices.

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.

Nice to Have: (Preferred Qualifications)

- Proven track record of leading organizational change and driving technology adoption.

- Experience with contract management systems, offer & contract development platforms (e.g., CPQ), and process automation tools.

- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, SmartSheets, or similar planning applications.

- Experience working within Agile, project-oriented teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with Contract Repository, Palantir Foundry, ACT, and related technologies.

- Familiarity with financial, pricing, and compliance processes in a healthcare.
