As Kiavi’s Partnership Channel Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving the growth of key partnerships and channels, including Kiavi’s Affiliate/Referral Program and Strategic Partnerships (marketplaces, property managers, and Masterminds and REI groups). In this highly impactful role, you will lead the marketing strategy, execution, reporting, and growth of Kiavi’s partnership channel. You will align closely with cross-functional leaders to drive top-of-funnel demand gen, opportunity pipeline, and revenue. These efforts include, but are not limited to:
- Own, develop and execute a growth marketing strategy with our strategic partners, including marketplaces, property managers, mastermind groups, and affiliate and referral programs.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign programs, including creative briefs, operational processes, execution and evaluation to increase lead quantity and quality among key channel segments.
- Execute marketing programs 3-4x per quarter (i.e. email, event, sponsorship, content, social media) to support outbound/inbound lead development for the partnerships channel.
- Deploy tests/pilots to drive the most effective CAC through a variety of new growth marketing and partnerships initiatives.
- Own the tracking, payout, and reporting frameworks for channel partners and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze partner performance to inform and evolve our partnerships channel strategy. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.
The Responsibilities:
- Own, execute, and track the partnerships channel growth.
- Manage the partnership channel’s day-to-day activities for lead generation and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate regularly with partners and their Kiavi account team account management tasks for channel partners (i.e. attend check-in meetings, collaborate with partners on marketing deliverables, lead working groups as necessary, etc.).
- Collaborate, develop, and execute partnership marketing campaigns (i.e. co-branded promotions, case studies, webinars, events, blogs, etc.).
- Provide monthly partner reporting and review and approve monthly payouts via internal processes and PartnerStack.
- Work with stakeholders to establish the reporting, data and tracking for the partnerships channel to reconcile reporting to the larger organization.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Operations, Legal, Product, Engineering, and FP&A.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study preferred.
- Experience in managing integrated, multi-channel, marketing programs and have worked closely with in-house creative and cross-functional partners.
- Track record of amazing customer experience through excellent account management skills to deliver results with partners.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset with a passion for targeting key audiences and driving leads/opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing programs with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
