Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced researcher to join our growing UX team and help define how users interact with our Automated Test Equipment products. As a UX Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products by understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Your insights will directly influence product design and development decisions.

 

You want to be a pioneer and define our methodologies around user research. You want to raise the organizations overall knowledge of our users to create empathy and informed product decisions at all levels of engineering. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research using various methods (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to gather data on user behavior and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into product direction and actionable recommendations.
  • Explore customer behavior and motivations to inform product enhancements.
  • Analyze data and present meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Synthesize user behaviors and motivations to help educate our engineering organization

 

Skills and Experience

  • 5 years prior experience in UX research or related roles.
  • Proficiency in research techniques such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Empathy for user needs and motivations.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey research findings effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Semiconductor Design and Test industries is a plus.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
