HR Specialist (Global Learning Center)

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

 

Role purpose:

 

Learning & Development HR Specialist is an expert to provide Learning management system related support and administration to the organization.

Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with customers globally, offering guidance and support to meet their learning needs
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning Center
• Oversee and enhance the training catalog, proposing improvement ideas
• Create and manage courses in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Administer and organize instructor-led courses
• Develop and administer evaluations, tests, and quizzes
• Design and schedule learning programs based on identified needs
• Provide assistance and guidance to users on learning-related issues
• Coordinate and manage requests related to global training providers
• Manage requests through a ticketing system
• Contribute to Hydro's engagement survey tools
• Measure training effectiveness
• Generate learning reports

 

Requirements:

 

• At least 2-3 years of experience in similar field
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business/human resources management field or equal
• Learning Management System knowledge (SAP Succesfactors knowledge is an advantage)
• Fluent English language knowledge both oral and written
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
