Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic group in ViiV Healthcare’s Insights & Analytics team as the manager over our Provider Access analytic efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the coordination, integration, reporting and analyses of HCP (healthcare provider) and related data for our portfolio of products focusing on the treatment and prevention of HIV.
As the Provider Access Analytics Manager, you will be the primary contact and organizational expert for all HCP-related business questions and will develop a deep understanding of our provider-related data sources, along with best practices around that data. You will play a pivotal role in tracking and communicating national and local KPI trends, formulating and executing methods to assess and support initiatives driving Provider pull-through, and partnering with ViiV stakeholders to not only understand and quantify drivers of performance, but also to develop strategies to grow and optimize our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceuticals, deep knowledge of provider dynamics, excellent analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a proven track record of leveraging business intelligence tools to provide consumable & actionable insights.

Health-Care Provider Reporting:
- Develop and manage comprehensive health-care provider reporting systems to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of health-care provider reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data.
Analytic Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of pharmaceutical market trends, competitive landscapes, and health-care provider behavior to proactively identify growth opportunities and thoughtfully articulate potential risks.
- Provide actionable insights through data visualization (dashboards & presentations) to support strategic decision-making.
Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with internal SMEs and key organizational leaders to define and refine business strategies based on data-driven insights (in conjunction with field intel) .
- Contribute to the development of long-term plans, market growth strategies, and product positioning, aligned with business objectives.
Business Intelligence Tools:
- Implement cutting-edge business intelligence tools and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities (contribute to re-evaluation & selection process where necessary)
- Train and support team members in effectively utilizing sophisticated tools spanning multiple input sources for data analysis and reporting.
