You will play a key role in raising the bar on quality and continuously promote the growth and development of the many teams by acting as both a mentor and coach.</p><p>In addition to your technical expertise, it is essential to possess demonstrated experience in management consulting and professional services, enabling you to go beyond technical matters and provide comprehensive support.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Establish a comprehensive technical architecture and implementation strategy that lays the groundwork for long-term success across the entire enterprise.</li><li>Promote standardization and implement best practices in platform management, so you can prioritize value delivery and concentrate on delivering tangible goals.</li><li>Build technical governance to ensure optimal platform performance and mitigate long-term technical risks.</li><li>Facilitate swift upgrades to incorporate new features and innovations that generate new value.</li><li>Institute a dedicated platform team with a primary focus on delivering value and fostering innovation.</li><li>Identify potential sales opportunities and take the lead in pursuing clients to generate new business.</li><li>Take a leadership role and make valuable contributions to significant sales opportunities by creating a statement of work (SOW) that outlines the scope of the solution, estimates the associated costs and staffing efforts, and establishes the project timeline.</li><li>Develop a trusted relationship with executives of the client organization.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Behavioural Competencies </strong></p><ul><li>Exhibited interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and adeptness in handling cultural diversity.</li><li>A proficient listener who values diverse perspectives and takes responsibility for providing necessary input, while showcasing excellent communication skills across written, interpersonal, and presentation domains.</li><li>It is essential to showcase sound judgement and a practical mindset when delivering a solution, ensuring that architecture activities align with the company's requirements, business constraints, and technological realities in an optimized manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Experience</strong></p><ul><li>A strong background of ServiceNow knowledge</li><li>Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow security architecture</li><li>Certified System Administrator Certification (CSA) </li><li>Certified Application Developer (CAD)</li><li>ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)</li><li>Two other ServiceNow disciplines (CIS in CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM etc.) </li><li>ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation</li><li>Involvement in environment and platform health support (performance, manageability, usability, scalability, upgradability, and security)</li><li>A solid understanding in addressing and rectifying configurations that do not adhere to ServiceNow's best practices</li><li>Built a technical governance processes</li><li>Contributed to the development of standards and practices for effectively managing the ServiceNow architecture model</li><li>Design of a platform operating model</li><li>Enterprise vision of integrating ServiceNow Platform into the ecosystem of a client</li><li>Engaged in the technical evaluation of requirements in relation to the ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and industry best practices</li><li>Fluent in Dutch/French and a good knowledge of English</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</
