Job Description: Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Architect to support information and business process modeling and process and value support. The Business Process Architect will be responsible for creating and maintaining data models that categorize information concepts used during operations, as well as, capturing and communicating business process needs through process analysis and improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in business architecture, with strong analytical and design skills.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain business architecture models to support business process modeling and knowledge management projects.

· Collaborate with business owners, SMEs, and other stakeholders to elicit information and process needs and document current and future state processes and data models.

· Ensure business architecture models align with the capability architecture and business process framework.

· Provide guidance on business architecture best practices and methodologies.

· Support the integration of business architecture models with other business process and information models.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

· Minimum 10 years of experience; including business architecture experience.

· Strong analytical and design skills.

· Proficiency in business architecture frameworks.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
