We are looking to expand our team with a Project Director who will be responsible for projects in construction phase located in Krakow.

• Managing construction process of housing projects to assure accordance with business assumptions
• Responsibility for projects schedule, quality and budget
• Managing tender processes  for choosing General Contractor
• Negotiating agreements with subcontractors
• Gaining administrative decisions through direct contact with public administration bodies and cooperation with architects
• Managing a team
• Responsibility for maintaining high level of Health & Safety on construction sites
• Conducting technical analysis of potential plots
• Technical advisory in the phase of project development

Kwalifikacje

• 5+ years of construction experience in similar role with an emphasis on residential construction projects
• Masters’ degree in construction
• Ability to manage several projects at different stages of construction
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, negotiating, and controlling costs
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate commercial mindset and business acumen 
• A high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment 
• Ability to get a quick and early grasp of the various risks on the projects
• Strong leadership ability
• Strong goal orientation
• Communicative English
