Role Description
This is an intern role for a Recruiter (Mandarin Bilingual) at Glint Tech Solutions. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting language assessments, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages
- Expected 20-25 working hours per week.
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct online assessments and interviews
- Knowledge of human resources practices and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
**This is an intern position with base and commission pay**
