Machine Operator - 12-Hr Shifts

ProAmpac is hiring at our Forest City, NC Location. Schedule is 12 hours on a 2-2-3 Rotation.

• Responsible for the set up and operation of bag machines to produce a quality product that meets or exceeds customers’ requirements.
• Trouble shoot & repair mechanical breakdowns & perform adjustments as necessary.
• Perform bag machine change-overs as required while adhering to standards.

• Ability to work overtime as needed; including weekends & holidays
• Be proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; with the ability to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
