Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Specialist

We're looking for a motivated and driven Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Specialist who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You play an active role in closing of the month
• You are responsible for open positions analysis and balances confirmation
• You are responsible for TP reporting and WHT management
• You are responsible for proper flow and review accounting documents
• You are responsible for payment backlogs reporting
• You supervise master data management
• You cooperate closely with our external and internal accounting providers
• You play a key role in review financial statement preparation and reporting according to local GAAP
• You play a key role in group reporting according to IFRS
• You support year end closing and audit process
• You play key role in optimalization of accounting and financial reporting processes
• You are back up for daily bank payments, whitelist management and mailbox management
• You maintain close cooperation with other teams in the company

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Preferred field of study: finance / accounting
• Professional experience, min. 5-7 years
• Knowledge Polish GAAP and understanding of IFRS would be an advantage
• You are responsible, proactive, independent and open-minded
• You pay attention to details, you can find mistakes quickly
• Fluent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good English
• Oracle experience- nice to have
