The Opportunity:
Location: Remote (Market-Based)
Travel: Significant travel required to support field teams and regional operations (approximately 75%)
This region includes stores located in MA, ME, VT, NH, CT, RI, Upper NY

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Acumen
- Lead the development and execution of regional strategies that align with company goals and drive long-term growth
- Translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans for field execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate partners to influence merchandising, marketing, and operational strategies
- Champion innovation by piloting new initiatives and scaling successful programs across the region
- Use data and insights to evaluate performance, adjust strategies, and optimize outcomes
People Acumen
- Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and career growth opportunities
- Lead inclusive hiring practices and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous feedback
- Recognize and celebrate achievements to boost morale and engagement across the region
Financial Acumen
- Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all locations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance profitability
- Monitor and manage regional budgets, ensuring alignment with company financial goals
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
- Partner with cross-functional teams to forecast sales, manage expenses, and optimize resource allocation
- Drive accountability for financial performance across districts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in multi-unit retail leadership - regional level, preferably in beauty or fashion
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills
- Demonstrated success in talent development and team leadership and success in leading through others
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into action
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills
The annual base salary range for this position is $212,500
