The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates well with peers, including coaching junior team members.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></h2> <h3 data-start="1349" data-end="1363"><strong data-start="1349" data-end="1361">Strategy</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1084" data-end="1150">Design scalable, maintainable, and secure service architectures.</li> <li data-start="1084" data-end="1150">Identify opportunities for platform-wide improvements, new service development, and reduction of technical debt.</li> <li data-start="1084" data-end="1150">Contribute to long-term platform vision and help shape standards for engineering excellence.</li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1618" data-end="1645"><strong data-start="1618" data-end="1643">Technical / Execution</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-start="1396" data-end="1496">Build backend services using C# in a Functional Programming paradigm or TypeScript for web and background worker app
