Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to provide best-in-class project management delivery for initiatives serviced by the Project Management Office Center of Excellence. This work supports the S&T Internal Transformation Strategy, which aims to operationalize and oversee the evolution and standardization of S&T ways of working. The strategy focuses on simplifying and digitizing internal S&T operations in close collaboration with capabilities and supporting functions.
As a Program Manager, this role will oversee S&T Internal Transformation priority initiatives, ensuring effective governance, performance management, schedule management, scope management, and cost management. The key programs prioritized under this scope include:• S&T Knowledge Management• S&T Workforce Management• S&T Financial Management
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables are executed on time and within budget while driving benefits realization.Additionally, the S&T Internal Transformation Program Manager will establish standardized project management methodologies, transformation processes, and ways of working to enhance execution speed, increase team efficiency, and enable a One PepsiCo approach to project management delivery. This position plays a critical role in driving PepsiCo’s competitive advantage by accelerating value delivery for transformation projects.This role will serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive sponsor, providing consistent influence over senior leadership stakeholders and collaborating with external partners as needed. The role operates in a fast-paced environment that fosters experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.This role will report into the S&T Process Excellence & Transformation Program Management COE Lead with a matrixed reporting line to the S&T Internal Transformation Lead. It will also work in partnership with key stakeholders across S&T Capability Functions, S&T Transformation Functions, S&T Deployment Sectors, S&T Finance, S&T HR, and S&T Procurement.

- Excellent influencing skills, confident when dealing with different Leadership Team members with more seniority and experience, and credible in dealings with them. Be sensitive to cultural differences, and able to deal with these
- Previous team management experience – lead a cross cultural team with a variety of experiences and capabilities, developing a clear talent strategy ensuring the team are staffed to deliver the complex agenda with future pipeline identified. Strong team player
- Comfortable with process discipline and process adherence, but also able to identify and take opportunities to further develop and strengthen the process without compromising the end state

Responsibilities
- Partner with Transformation Program Leadership Team and Transformation Program Deployment Lead to shape Transformation Program Agenda (roadmap, sequencing, AOP plans, budgets and costs)
- Establish governance structure, facilitate governance councils, coordinate governance content generation, and perform stage management against an aligned set of exit criteria
- Lead performance management including schedule/scope/cost progress tracking, status reporting, risk/issue/dependency management, post audits, and capturing lessons learned
- Lead, centralize, and manage project scorecard and overall progress/health tracking for project sponsors and key stakeholders
