Financial Systems Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Sr. Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. This role will be the primary owner and support lead for Oracle EPM applications, ePBCS and ePCM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting or FP&A, a passion for systems improvement, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and close processes, while driving continuous enhancements across our EPM platforms.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of finance and/or accounting, demonstrate drive to learning new systems, and the capability to solve problems independently. Experience working with Oracle EPM applications such as Hyperion planning/EPBCS is preferred.

*This position is an 80% on site role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Oracle EPM systems: ePBCS, ePCM.
• Support and enhance system artifacts including integrations, forms, reports, smart lists, business rules, metadata, and documentation.
• Perform monthly Oracle patch testing and ensure system stability.
• Support metadata management across all EPM systems using EDMCS, owning the implementation of ePBCS & ePCM metadata updates.
• Support financial close, monthly forecast, and annual budget processes.
• Conduct data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements across financial systems.
• Maintain and update allocation rules and system configurations.
• Act as the primary liaison between Financial Systems, Accounting, and FP&A teams.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.
• Participate in change management and system enhancement initiatives.
• General Support and AdHOC tasks related to financial systems.

Education & Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial systems support, preferably with Oracle EPM applications, or Power User in these systems.
• Hands-on experience with ePBCS and/or ePCM required; EDMCS experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial statements: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Experience supporting FP&A or Accounting teams in a corporate environment.
