Project Management is a client position managing statement of work engagements for multiple customers. You are responsible for meeting all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations through planning, controlling, and delivering to contractual obligations. You are accountable for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while leveraging industry standard project management methodology.

US Citizen required.  Clearance preferred; clearance eligible required.

How you will make your mark: 

  • Manage statement of work delivery with large to moderately complex scope that is medium to high risk.
  • Ensure contractual expectations are correctly set and maintained.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely to maintain alignment, manage expectations, enable successful outcomes, and demonstrate the value of HPE.
  • Collaborate and partner with team members to enable customer success by delivering to contractual obligations.
  • Exercise independent judgement within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate actions.
  • Follow established guidelines and policies.
  • Understand the customer’s industry and identify areas of additional services and incremental revenue growth.
  • Balance internal needs with customer needs within defined parameters.
  • Identify potential customer satisfaction issues and proactively alert management.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage issues/risks and develop mitigation/elimination plans.
  • Enable your curiosity and innovation to identify and recommend process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in the company Project Management Professions community.

About you: 

  • This position will support government accounts.  Therefore, due to federal export-control regulations, the selected candidate must hold U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident/Green Card status or otherwise have a category of refugee/asylee status enabling them to perform the role without requiring a license under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). 

     
  • Clearance preferred; clearance eligible required.
  • First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • 1-3 years’ experience in project management or equivalent roles/business
  • Developed knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management 
  • ITIL v3/v4 Foundations certificate preferred but not required/ ITSM experience is an advantage
  • PMP Certification or on the path to become certified or relevant 5 years experience

  • Ability to develop meaningful relationships with customer and team environments
