Job Description

Are you currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? Great! We are looking for a Part-time work student (all genders) to support our Finance team in our office in Porto!

• Support our accounting team in their day-to-day work 
• Create and maintain vendors
• Book vendor invoices
• Follow up invoice approvals
• Monitor and analyze payment processes

Qualifications

• University studies in business administration with a focus on Accounting/ Finance or a related direction
• Interest in accounting topics and cooperation in an international company
• A certain affinity for numbers, reliability and a careful and structured way of working
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as Portuguese are a plus
• A high level of communication skills, willingness to learn and team spirit
