Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our warehouse staff and managing all operations regarding shipping, receiving, and fulfillment. In addition, this role will collaborate closely and regularly with our inventory team to ensure proper support for the business and our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all aspects of warehouse physical product including storage, packing, shipping, and organizational process.
- Maintaining efficient and orderly arrangement of physical products to facilitate receiving, stocking, shipping and pickup of merchandise.
- Maintain physical and system controls to safeguard inventory and assets.
- Execute prompt shipment of orders and ensure operations are staffed properly to adhere to customer shipping deadlines and Service Level Agreements.
- Complete accurate and complete shipping documentation including labels, content checklists, tabs, and highlighting guides.
- Ensure proper care and operation of warehouse equipment with proper safety standards and required maintenance.
- Monitor inventory levels and make appropriate recommendations to leadership to support customer and business needs.
- Collaborate regularly and closely with the inventory manager to ensure inventory levels are sufficient to support customer and business needs.
- Work closely with the finance team to execute accurate monthly and quarterly end of year audits to ensure accurate inventory levels are known.
- Manage the order fulfillment operations and associated staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement processes to improve order fulfillment efficiency and accuracy.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Set performance goals and Key Performance Indicators for the team, and monitor progress towards objectives.
- Provide direction and support to Customer Service to ensure that they have the information needed to support our customer inquiries in matters relating to order fulfillment.
- Regularly review the queue and promptly respond to emails from students or customer service staff regarding shipping and orders in a professional and detailed manner for the customer.
- Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3+ years of warehouse experience to include leading teams of people required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software required.
- Forklift operation experience and certification required.
- Knowledge of SkuVault and Shipstation software is extremely desirable.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations for physical product.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to respond to customer tickets in professional manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be high energy, team oriented, quality minded, dependable, and safety driven.
- 10% domestic travel may be required.

- Successful performance requires vision abilities that include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The work environment is that typical of a warehouse.
- Must be able to consistently lift up to lift 50 pounds or more.
