Middle/Senior React Developer - part time

Your mission

We are looking for a Mid/Senior React Developer who can take ownership of front-end development, and ensure high-quality user experiences across our platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across new feature development, performance improvements, and support of an existing codebase.

• Core Development

  • Build and maintain React components, pages, and application logic.

  • Use modern React patterns to ensure scalable and reusable code.

• Performance Optimization

  • Identify and fix UI performance issues (code splitting, memoization, lazy loading).

  • Improve rendering efficiency and application responsiveness.

• Data Management

  • Implement and manage state solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context, etc.).

  • Optimize data fetching, caching, and synchronization with backend APIs.

• SEO & Accessibility

  • Apply SEO best practices for public-facing pages.

  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Deployment & CI/CD

  • Contribute to build, testing, and deployment pipelines.

  • Ensure stable deployments across environments.

• Code Quality

  • Write clean, well-structured code and maintain documentation.

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure testing coverage.

• Feature Development

  • Develop new features based on product requirements.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams.

• Repository Support

  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in the existing codebase.

  • Refactor and improve legacy components when needed.

Your profile

• Strong knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6/7, Typescript
• ReactJS
• SASS, bootstrap, tailwindcss
• Unit testing with Jest
• Git, Webpack
• Independence, good self-organisation, analytical thinking
• Beneficial knowledge:
  - Feature Sliced Design (FSD) architecture knowledge
  - Framer-motion or any animation lib
  - Formik & yup
  - Rollup.
