Senior Construction Manager (FN)

<p><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for an Senior Construction Manager to support our customer located at Fort Meade, MD near Annapolis Junction, MD.<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform on-site inspections of construction projects (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical).</li> <li>Review shop drawings, material submittals, and verify installations match contract documents.</li> <li>Maintain inspection logs, daily reports, and provide findings to the COR.</li> <li>Enforce safety compliance (OSHA, NFPA, OHWB).</li> <li>Support project commissioning and closeout (punch lists, O&amp;M manuals, as-builts).</li> <li>Provide technical support to COR on change orders and constructability issues</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Due to the nature of this position and the information employees will be able to access; US Citizenship is required.</li> <li>Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Poly.</li> <li>Must have an active Certified Construction Manager (CCM).&nbsp;</li> <li>BA/BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or construction science.</li> <li>10+ years experience in Construction Management.
