We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and team-first Dishwasher to join our culinary team at the Marriott Colorado Springs. As a Dishwasher, you are one of the most essential people in the entire food and beverage operation. The culinary team cannot execute without clean equipment. The servers cannot deliver without clean dishware. The guest cannot have a great dining experience without the foundation you provide. This is a role where the work is real, the pace is fast, and the contribution is felt by everyone around you every single shift.

You will be working in a dynamic, high-energy hotel kitchen environment where staying organized, moving efficiently, and communicating with your teammates are all part of what makes a shift successful. No prior kitchen experience is required. What matters most is that you show up ready to work, take pride in what you do, and bring a positive attitude to the team every day.

This role is also a genuine entry point into the hospitality and culinary industry. Many of our kitchen team members started exactly where you would be starting, and for the right person, there is real room to grow.

• Washing, sanitizing, and returning dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to the line in a timely and organized manner throughout the shift

• Operating commercial dishwashing equipment safely and according to established procedures

• Maintaining the dish station in a clean, organized, and fully functional condition at all times

• Monitoring and maintaining proper dish machine temperatures, chemical levels, and wash cycles, notifying a supervisor immediately if something is off

• Sorting and stacking clean
