Medical Surgical RN – $29.62–$44.42/hr + $15K Sign-On Bonus
Location: Charleston, SC 29406
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Shifts: 12-Hour Days or Nights, with Weekend Rotation

Pay Range: $29.62 – $44.42 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.00/hour

• Weekends: +$3.00/hour
  Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
  Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in the heart of South Carolina’s Lowcountry. This position is with a high-performing acute-care facility committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based care and a supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to diverse adult populations

• Manage assessments, screenings, medication administration, and discharge coordination

• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records

• Provide education and support on care plans, medications, and recovery

• Triage and handle incoming calls as needed

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher from an accredited nursing school

• Licensure: Active South Carolina RN license or valid Compact/Multi-State RN license

• Certifications: Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year RN experience required (experience in LTAC, LTC, or similar settings will be considered)
